About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Fashion Designer with expertise in CLO3D or other 3D fashion design software to join our team in Mumbai (on-site).

This role is ideal for someone who understands both trend-driven design and digital garment development, and can transform concepts into production-ready designs using 3D technology. You will play a key role in accelerating sampling, improving fit accuracy, and bringing collections to life digitally before physical production.

Key Responsibilities

Design trend-forward collections aligned with brand direction

Create detailed 3D garments using CLO3D (preferred) or similar 3D software

Develop digital samples, virtual fittings, and realistic garment simulations

Translate mood boards and trend research into commercially viable designs

Prepare accurate tech packs with measurements and construction details

Work closely with the product development and production teams

Ensure fit accuracy and garment feasibility before sampling

Stay updated on fabric trends, trims, and construction techniques

Required Skills & Experience

2–5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer

Strong expertise in CLO3D (mandatory) or similar 3D software (Browzwear, Optitex, etc.)

Solid understanding of garment construction and pattern-making

Experience creating production-ready tech packs

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Strong understanding of fabric behavior and fit adjustments in 3D
