As we expand, we are looking for a Fashion Designer who can drive product development, pattern creation, and e-commerce integration to enhance our offerings.

Role & Responsibilities:1. Product Development & Design

• Develop new linen apparel styles aligned with Linen Trail’s brand vision.
• Innovate with fabrics, textures, and silhouettes while maintaining our signature "pure linen luxury" aesthetic.
• Work closely with the production team in Thrissur to optimize quality, fit, and craftsmanship.

2. Pattern Development & Sampling

• Create accurate patterns and tech packs for sampling and production.
• Ensure precise grading and sizing for a premium fit.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to fine-tune samples and production-ready designs.

3. Product Photoshoots & Styling

• Plan and execute product photoshoots in collaboration with photographers and stylists.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and product storytelling.
• Provide creative direction for e-commerce and marketing visuals.

4. E-commerce Product Listing & Content Management

• Upload and manage product listings on Linen Trail’s website and app.
• Write compelling product descriptions and specifications.
• Work with the digital marketing team to optimize product pages for conversion.

5. Trend Research & Market Insights

• Stay updated on fashion trends, fabric innovations, and consumer preferences.
• Analyze competitors and suggest new product categories or refinements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in fashion product development and pattern making.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and pattern-making software.
• Experience in e-commerce fashion listings (Shopify preferred).
• Strong understanding of linen fabric, drape, and construction techniques.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for quiet luxury fashion.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Thrissur.
