Step Into a High-Impact, High-Visibility Role

As part of the Integration Management Office (IMO), you’ll operate at the center of the company’s most strategic initiatives—ERP transformations and M&A integrations. You’ll serve as a key connector across Finance, IT, and Operations, helping to build scalable systems, streamline processes, and drive data-backed decision-making across the enterprise.

If you’re someone with a SOLID accounting foundation, who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to directly influence how a company grows and scales—this is the role for you.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity

  • A Chance to Make a Real Impact
Your work directly shapes how financial operations scale across acquisitions and enterprise systems.
  • Growth & Stability
Join a well-established, high-growth organization with a strong reputation and an active M&A pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure
Partner with senior leaders across Finance, IT, and Operations—your voice will be heard.
  • Challenging, Strategic Work
No repetitive reporting—this role is focused on transformation, integration, and optimization.
  • Flexible Work Model
Heavy remote component with travel (~25%) to support integrations and partner collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and interpret large, complex financial datasets to support ERP integrations and enterprise reporting
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with Finance, Operations, IT, and newly acquired partners
  • Evaluate current-state processes and identify gaps to support seamless system and data integration
  • Map and harmonize financial data across legacy systems into standardized platforms
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and transformation
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation, workflows, and actionable insights
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks during system implementations
  • Help build a scalable finance integration playbook to support future M&A activity
  • Support change management initiatives tied to new systems, tools, and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful, timely integrations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong SQL skills (data extraction, validation, reconciliation)
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, system integrations, or large-scale data initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a fast-paced, M&A or transformation-driven environment is highly preferred

The Ideal Candidate

You’re an Accountant turned ERP subject matter expert! You are highly analytical, curious, and solutions oriented. You enjoy digging into data but also stepping back to see the bigger picture. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating across teams, and driving projects forward in a dynamic environment.
