Finance Manager
A dynamic investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial accounting and reporting for select U.S.-based investments, joint ventures, and corporate entities. This role will also support global consolidated reporting and annual audits. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in real estate finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial reports from partners and property managers
- Prepare consolidated trial balances, monthly/quarterly investor and lender reporting, and variance analyses
- Support transactions and monitor investment performance in partnership with the investment team
- Manage audits and tax compliance for investment entities
- Play a key role in global reporting and annual audits
- Prepare and review internal and external financial reports
- Perform cash reconciliations and assist with deal funding processes
- Contribute to process improvements and accounting policy updates
- Handle ad hoc reporting and cross-functional financial projects
