Key Responsibilities:- Lead FP&A activities including annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Prepare monthly financial performance analysis, KPIs, and variance explanations
- Partner with plant and operations leadership on cost accounting, inventory, and production variances
- Drive margin, profitability, and ROI analysis across products and operations
- Support month-end close, compliance, and finance process improvements
- 6–10+ years of experience in operational finance, FP&A, plant controlling, or commercial finance
- Manufacturing or capital-intensive industry experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operational and sales leaders
