Clodexa is a B2B sales intelligence platform that surfaces individual-level buying intent signals in real time, helping sales teams stop guessing and start closing. We're backed by 100X.VC and shipping fast. You'd be our first sales hire.
The role
You'll own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. No SDR to hand you leads. No playbook handed down from a VP. You'll work directly with the founders to figure out what works, then do more of it. This is a builder role, not an executor role.
What you'll own
- Run outbound prospecting across LinkedIn and cold email — primarily into Europe and US markets
- Own demos end-to-end: discovery, qualification, objection handling, close
- Manage pilots and convert them into paid contracts
- Feed signal quality and product feedback back to the founding team
- Help define the ICP, messaging, and repeatable sales motion from scratch
You're a fit if
- 1–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally at a startup
- You've sold to VP or C-suite buyers in Western markets (Europe or US), not just India
- Comfortable working evening hours IST for Western time zones — and you're okay with this being the norm, not the exception
- You've run full cycles before — you don't need an SDR to book your meetings
- Bonus: you've sold a data, ABM, or sales intelligence product
- Bonus: you've been an early sales hire at a seed-stage startup
