Global Energy and Sustainability Services Growth Professional

We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Global Marketing Manager for Energy and Sustainability Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating marketing strategies and content that target buildings and industry customers globally.

• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overarching Go-to-Market strategy
• Articulate the value proposition and strategic narrative for Energy and Sustainability Services
• Lead the design of the strategic narrative and provide guidance to demand generating and Sales teams
• Create compelling customer-centric content for digital assets, sales collateral, whitepapers, event storylines, and more
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends in energy and sustainability services and bring new ideas and innovations to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (additional MBA is an asset)
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, energy engineering, or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of vertical operations and processes in one or more key verticals: automotive, higher education, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals/life sciences, or healthcare
• Consistent record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Understanding of marketing principles and analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with counterparts at all levels of the organization
• Proficient communication and presentation skills in English (German and any other European language is an advantage)
