Key Responsibilities:

Ø Design Creation: Develop innovative graphic designs for a range of materials, including digital content, social media graphics, marketing collateral, branding, and print materials

Ø Brand Development: Assist in defining and maintaining the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency across all design projects

Ø Dealer Showroom Branding: Develop showroom branding—signage, wall graphics, displays, and concept boards—ensuring brand consistency while adapting designs to each showroom’s layout.

Ø Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and produce relevant designs that meet their needs

Ø Concept Development: Brainstorm and create design concepts that align with project objectives, utilizing creativity and an understanding of market trends

Ø Feedback Implementation: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, heads, ensuring final products meet aesthetic and functional requirements

Ø File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring all assets are appropriately labeled and stored for easy access by team members

Ø Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and improve design quality

Ø Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts to team members and stakeholders, articulating design decisions clearly and effectively.

Qualifications:

ü Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred

ü Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role

ü Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, showroom branding, and video work

ü Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools and platforms

ü Strong video editing skills

ü Strong working knowledge of AI design tools and platforms (AI should be a strong suit)

ü Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, generating original ideas and concepts

ü Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand standards

ü Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
