Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our on-site team.

The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

If you are passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and creating impactful digital creatives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design logos and assist in developing brand identities

Create social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing materials

Work on packaging designs such as labels, boxes, and pouches

Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual outputs

Collaborate closely with branding, marketing, and web teams

Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork files

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

A portfolio showcasing logo design and digital creatives

Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions

Nice to Have

Exposure to packaging design

Basic knowledge of InDesign or motion graphics

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)

Candidates with the following skills will stand out:

Basic knowledge of After Effects for simple motion creatives

Understanding of social media content trends and platform formats

Experience creating brand guidelines or visual identity systems

Familiarity with UI design basics (Figma or Adobe XD)

Knowledge of print production processes and materials

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Awareness of AI design tools and workflow optimization

Basic photography or photo retouching skills
