About the Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can independently manage our brand design needs. This role involves ownership across social media creatives, landing page visuals, infographics, and event assets. You’ll work closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams to translate ideas into clean, high-performing visuals that align with business goals and current design trends.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Design


  • Design static posts, carousels, and ad creatives for:
  • Company's social handles
  • Individual profiles
  • Adapt designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta ads
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Expected Output: 20–30 creatives per month


Landing Page & Website Visuals

  • Design hero banners, feature visuals, and section graphics
  • Ensure designs support clarity, conversions, and content flow
  • Deliver mobile and desktop-ready assets
  • Expected Output: 4–6 landing page sections per month


Infographics & Visual Storytelling

  • Convert complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand infographics
  • Support blogs, case studies, and AI/education content
  • Expected Output: 3–5 infographics per month


Event & Campaign Assets

  • Design assets for events, campaigns, and exhibitions
  • Create banners, standees, brochures, booth visuals, and reel covers
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity across all event touchpoints
  • Expected Output: 100% on-time delivery of event assets


Trends & Creative Thinking

  • Stay updated with design trends for social media and ads
  • Suggest visual improvements and new ideas proactively
  • Expectation: 1–2 creative improvement suggestions per month


Tools & Skills Must Have


  • Figma
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Canva (for quick turnarounds)
  • Strong understanding of social media formats and ratios


Good to Have

  • Basic motion design or animation
  • Experience working with marketing teams
  • Understanding of brand systems and guidelines


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Social creatives: 20–30 per month
  • Landing page visuals: 4–6 sections per month
  • Infographics: 3–5 per month
  • Revisions: Less than 2 rounds per asset
  • Brand consistency: Zero major deviations
  • Deadlines: 100% on-time delivery
