About the Role

Kamath Solutions is hiring a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. While the role primarily focuses on static design and branding, a strong proficiency in Motion Graphics is required to bring our digital assets to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for print, digital and social media platforms.

Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging graphics for social media, digital screens and presentations.

Branding: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.

Print Production: Collaborate with printers and oversee the production process for journals, stationery and packaging.

Illustration: Create original illustrations for journals, packaging, brochures and marketing materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and social media team to deliver designs that meet specific project objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Motion Expertise: Hands-on experience with After Effects or similar motion design tools.

Design Fundamentals: Strong mastery of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.

Production Knowledge: Understanding of print design principles and physical production processes.

Soft Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
