Graphic Designer – Motion Graphics Specialist

Location: Work from Home -But Candidate Must be from Kolkata Experience Required: 2+ Years About the Role: We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in Motion Graphics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience in designing static and animated visuals for digital platforms. You will play a key role in bringing stories to life through compelling design, animation, and motion-led content for social media, ad campaigns, and branding. Key Responsibilities: Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and social media platforms. Create high-quality motion graphics videos for reels, stories, ads, explainers, and product showcases. Collaborate with social media and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards. Edit and animate videos using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software. Adapt brand identity across static and animated creatives for various clients. Stay updated on design and motion trends, platform-specific formats, and storytelling best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of typography, layout design, transitions, and visual storytelling. Experience with social media creatives (Instagram reels, stories, Facebook ads, YouTube intros, etc.). A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic work and static designs. Basic knowledge of sound syncing, effects, and pacing in animations is a plus. Ability to receive feedback positively and iterate quickly.
