Job Summary:

At Qentelli, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who excels in creating high-quality content and crafting visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and creatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming complex strategies, visions, and technical information into clear, concise, and visually compelling materials that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with Qentelli’s C-Suite team to understand their vision, strategies, and goals.

• Translate leadership insights into impactful, visually engaging presentations and documents that align with the organization's objectives.

Presentation Design Excellence:

• Develop visually captivating Creatives and PowerPoint presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work alongside subject matter experts (SMEs) to simplify complex ideas, incorporating graphics, charts, and infographics for clarity and impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with department and regional heads to gather inputs, ensuring messaging consistency across all documents and presentations.

• Implement stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.

Content Organization and Management:

• Build and maintain a centralized repository of presentation and document assets.

• Ensure all materials are well-organized, up-to-date, and adhere to Qentelli’s branding and style guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suit, Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, along with familiarity with MS tools.

• Strong ability to comprehend complex concepts and translate them into clear, effective presentations and documents.

• Exceptional command of written and spoken English.

• Highly organized with a creative mindset and a strong attention to detail.
