🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Startup | Events & Brand)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who truly understands design and has hands-on experience creating event-related deliverables. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced startup or agency environment and love turning ideas into powerful visuals, this one’s for you.

🔹 What you’ll work on

• Event creatives: posters, banners, standees, backdrops, stage & LED screen visuals, stall branding, certificates, badges, and collaterals
• Digital assets: social media creatives, ads, emailers, landing page visuals
• Brand and campaign creatives with a strong focus on visual consistency

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (events / startups / agencies preferred)
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals — typography, layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma/Canva is a plus)
• Event design experience is a must
• Ability to work with tight timelines and fast iterations

🔹 AI-first mindset (important)

• Comfortable using AI tools for design workflows, ideation, speed, and experimentation
• (eg: generative design tools, AI image tools, prompt-based creativity, productivity enhancers)
• Knows how to blend creativity + AI, not replace creativity with templates

🔹 Startup fit

• Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable with ambiguity and last-minute changes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
