About the Company:

RSC Group Dholera is a fast-growing organization in the real estate sector, known for delivering innovative marketing solutions and impactful brand communication. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our branding, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, brochures, banners, logos, infographics, and ad creatives.
• Develop designs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing and content teams to plan campaign visuals.
• Design landing pages, email templates, and social media posts (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
• Edit and enhance plots update, photos, layouts, and presentations as per project requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends, typography, and new creative tools.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Ability to handle work individually and with a team also.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience in digital marketing creatives, including ad banners, social posts, and website graphics.
• Basic video editing and animation knowledge is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to brand guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in corporate or agency environments).
• Experience in real estate, advertising, or digital marketing industries will be an added advantage.
