Graphic Designer

Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Saras AI, you’ll be the visual storyteller behind our brand’s mission. You’ll design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets—from social media campaigns and email graphics to infographics and motion animations—that bring our AI-first educational vision to life. Collaborating closely with the marketing, content, UX, and development teams, you’ll ensure every visual aligns with our brand voice, enhances student engagement, and meets strategic objectives. You’ll also leverage leading AI-powered design tools to ideate, iterate, and scale creativity, driving both efficiency and innovation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Gurugram office, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of education through compelling design.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

Visual Storytelling

Craft compelling visuals—ranging from infographics and illustrations to motion graphics and social media content—that align with Saras AI’s brand narrative and marketing goals.

Creative Collaboration

Partner with our marketing, content, and UX teams to ideate and co-create assets that elevate every student touchpoint.

Brand Integrity

Champion brand consistency across all media, ensuring clean, cohesive execution in digital and print formats.

Efficiency Through AI

Employ leading AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E) to conceptualize, iterate, and scale creative outputs.

Innovation & Trends

Proactively explore and integrate emerging design trends and technologies into your work.

Project Management

Deliver pixel-perfect designs on time—effectively managing priorities, feedback, and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles.
• Experience in using various AI tools to churn designs efficiently
• Familiarity with animation or motion graphics is a plus
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Passion for education and the potential of AI.
