Graphic Designer

We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (1+ Yrs Experience)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for candidates from South India)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who’s confident in their craft and passionate about design that drives stories forward. Your work will span across posters, brochures, branding elements, and social media creatives—with a clear focus on visual strategy and design trends.

What You'll Do:

• Design engaging posters, brochures, social creatives, and brand assets
• Translate marketing and content ideas into visually impactful designs
• Stay updated with design trends and market styles
• Guide junior designers/interns when needed
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and the strategy team

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of relevant design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding work, print, and digital designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma is a plus
• Awareness of design trends, pop culture, and digital storytelling
• Leadership potential and a mindset to guide and influence the creative process
• Preferably based in South India (not mandatory, but preferred)

• Experience in agency setups or fast-paced design environments
• Comfort in presenting and explaining design decisions
