Key Responsibilities

• Build targeted B2B lead lists and execute cold email outreach
• Manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, Apollo.io, or HubSpot
• Optimize campaign metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, response rate)
• Engage across LinkedIn and relevant online communities to drive brand visibility
• Conduct market and competitor research in climate-tech, IoT, and environmental monitoring
• Identify potential sectors, enterprise clients, and government opportunities
• Draft outreach emails, sequences, and professional communication copies
• Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or email marketing
• Hands-on experience with at least one outreach/CRM tool (Mailchimp / Brevo / HubSpot / Apollo.io)
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Research-oriented mindset with ability to identify business opportunities
