Health and Safety Compliance Specialist

Elevate workplace safety as a Health and Safety Specialist. Implement and maintain comprehensive safety programs across various Ontario sites, ensuring compliance and proactive hazard evaluation. You will support operational managers in enforcing safety policies, conduct audits on incidents, and manage health and safety data. Engagement with the Joint Health and Safety Committee and collaboration with teams helps drive safety excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement health and safety programs • Conduct incident audits and corrective action plans • Maintain accurate regulatory records • Manage health and safety data reporting • Lead employee training on safety practices Requirements: • 3-5 years in health and safety role • Relevant post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety • CRSP designation or in certification process • Strong knowledge of MOL and OHSA regulations • Experience with safety audits and training Drive impactful health and safety initiatives while enhancing compliance and fostering a culture of safety across multiple Ontario locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
