Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Officer with strong experience in factory/shop floor hiring and workforce management, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end hiring of shop floor workers (welders, fitters, helpers, technicians)
- Managing contractor/workmen hiring and documentation
- Attendance, leave tracking, and payroll input coordination
- Handling worker discipline, grievances, and daily workforce issues
- Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
- Managing admin activities: vendors, housekeeping, security, and office operations
- Supporting factory operations with manpower planning and availability
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in HR/Admin role in manufacturing/electrical industry
- Proven experience in hiring and handling shop floor workforce
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Practical, on-ground approach (not just desk HR)
- Good coordination and communication skills

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
