Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Support benefits administration and assist with payroll coordination
- Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Contribute to recruitment and hiring strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
