About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Influencer Marketing Manager who can independently own and execute influencer-led campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing creators, negotiating deals, developing scripts, coordinating content production, and delivering high-performing campaigns within strict timelines. Experience with leading influencer marketing tools and platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Campaign Ownership
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (micro, macro, celebrity) aligned to brand objectives.
- Create campaign briefs, write scripts/storyboards, and share detailed content guidelines with creators.
- Negotiate deliverables, costs, timelines, and usage rights with influencers and agencies.
2. Content Production & Quality Control
- Ensure creators deliver high-quality content in line with brand messaging, positioning, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate revisions, re-shoots, and content edits while maintaining positive creator relationships.
- Work towards timely delivery of assets for campaign launches and performance tracking.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Use influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Qoruz, KlugKlug, Winkl, affable.ai etc) to:
- Discover talent
- Evaluate influencer authenticity & audience quality
- Track campaign performance
- Analyze results (reach, engagement, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize future strategies.
- Maintain internal dashboards, reports, and monthly performance trackers.
4. Relationship & Community Building
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers and creator agencies.
- Maintain a strong internal creator database across categories, regions, and niches.
- Stay updated on creator trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Creative, Paid Media, and Brand teams to align influencer initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with performance teams to integrate paid boosts/whitelisting into influencer rollouts.
Requirements Must-Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing at an Influencer Agency or D2C Consumer Brand.
- Proven track record of running measurable, high-performing influencer campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing monthly influencer budgets.
- Ability to write strong scripts, hooks, briefs, and content directions.
- Proficiency with influencer platforms (Qoruz, KlugKlug, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, affable.ai, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as engagement rate, audience quality, ROAS impact of influencer content, etc.
Good-to-Have
- Experience running large-scale creator programs.
- Understanding of D2C funnels and UGC amplification for ads.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and how influencer creatives impact paid performance.
