We’re looking for a creative yet data-driven Influencer Marketing professional to build, scale, and optimise high-impact influencer partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who understands culture, content, creators—and conversions.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• 🌟 Own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms
• 🤝 Identify, onboard & manage macro, micro & performance influencers
• 📈 Drive brand awareness, engagement & performance-led outcomes
• 🎬 Co-create scroll-stopping content aligned to brand and campaign goals
• 📊 Track and optimise performance using reach, engagement, CTR & conversions
• 🤝 Collaborate with brand, content, performance & agency teams
• 🧪 Experiment with creator-led performance campaigns & new platforms

👤 Who You Are

• ✅ 5–8 years in Influencer Marketing (Fashion / Lifestyle / Beauty / D2C preferred)
• ✅ Strong creator ecosystem knowledge & negotiation skills
• ✅ Creative, execution-focused & trend-obsessed
