Title: Inside Sales Manager – MSME Market Acquisition (C2FO)

Location: Mumbai | Remote


The Mission:

We are not looking for passive account managers. We are looking for high-energy Sales Hunters who can navigate complex supply chains and convince MSME owners/CFOs to unlock their working capital. This is a B2B Inside Sales role focused on conversion, speed, and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities (The "Hunter" Focus):

Lead Conversion: Actively convert warm leads into active market participants. This is a closing role—not just relationship building.

Financial Consulting: Pitch the “Early Pay” value proposition by clearly explaining the ROI of early liquidity versus traditional financing options to business owners and CFOs.

Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CEO/CFO/Promoter), effectively navigating gatekeepers.

Pipeline Management: Drive high-volume outreach across calls, email, and WhatsApp to move suppliers from “interested” to “transacting.”

Account Growth: Post onboarding, drive higher platform utilization to maximize supplier working capital and engagement.


What We Are Looking For

  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or factoring
  • Strong track record in target-driven, closing roles
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts such as working capital cycles, DSO, and discounting
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English and Hindi
