Job Overview We are looking to appoint an Insurance Advisor to support business growth and ensure clients continue to receive the high standards of service they expect.

This role focuses on renewing existing policies, providing new quotations for growing businesses, and handling customer enquiries, alongside general customer service responsibilities. You will be supported with ongoing training and development to help progress your career over the coming years. Responsibilities Provide clear and appropriate advice to business clients on suitable levels of insurance cover based on individual needs Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to achieve renewal and retention targets Negotiate terms and quotations for MTAs, cancellations, and renewal business in a timely and efficient manner Identify and recommend relevant additional products aligned to clients' needs Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters, with a clear understanding of appetites, classes, and niche sectors Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company procedures Consistently prioritise the fair treatment of customers, actively applying the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty in all business activities Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or sales A strong desire to xwzovoh develop a career within the insurance industry Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail A proactive and customer-focused approach Benefits A highly motivated and supportive team that values collaboration and client care A competitive, negotiable basic salary Monthly bonus scheme based on conversion performance Benefits including holiday entitlement, pension, and death-in-service cover
