Junior Account Executive

Junior Accounts Associate - Freshers required

US Shift - Immediate Joiners preferred

Salary up to 3LPA

Koramangala Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare various reports including sales and purchase summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as recording purchase/sales entries, journal entries, and managing payment records
• Generate sales invoices and prepare bank reconciliation statements
• Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations
• Maintain and update invoice trackers, record payment details, and share updates with respective vendors
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare necessary accounting vouchers and invoices

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA)
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Waveapps, Zoho Books, SAP, and Tally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience are welcome to apply
• Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 5:00 AM)
• Work location: Koramangala

Salary – CTC Up to 3 lakhs
