Junior Graphic Designer

We’ve developed a clear branding strategy and visual identity. Now we're looking for a junior graphic designer to help implement it across multiple touchpoints — from keynote presentations to digital dossiers, social media templates, and more.

This is a 2–3 month freelance opportunity , on-site only for candidates based in the Madrid area.

How We Work :

• The role is process-driven, not just task-based — the designer will collaborate closely with our founder, Nir Hindie, as well as a motion designer and web developer.
• The majority of the work is done remotely, but in-person collaboration in Madrid is a must during key creative phases.
• We value design that balances clarity, elegance, and emotional tone — a fusion of business precision and creative thinking.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Apply and adapt our visual identity across :

• Keynote presentations
• Client-facing documents and dossiers
• Social media templates
• Web and learning platform assets
• Video and motion graphics layouts
• Maintain brand coherence across digital platforms and materials

What We’re Looking For :

• Based in Madrid — on-site collaboration required at least 2 times per week
• Please do not apply if you're not located in the Madrid area.)
• Own laptop and design software
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Comfort with Canva for day-to-day content work
• Strong attention to typography, layout, spacing, and brand consistency
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working within an iterative, feedback-rich process
