The Role In this varied and busy position, you will provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support, including: Diary and meeting management Preparing legal documents and correspondence File opening and client onboarding administration Audio and copy typing Managing inboxes and phone calls Billing and expenses support Liaising with clients in a professional and personable manner General team administration and document management About You This role would suit someone who is looking to step up from an administrative or junior support role into a true Legal Secretary position .
