Maintenance Technician

Property: Hidden Ponds and Concord Green Location: Apple Valley and Bloomington, Minnesota Pay: $28 - $32 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation.
