About your new job:
Due to growth and demand, we are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who can start as soon as possible. This role will start as a temporary position but may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
• Supporting the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Designing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional content.
• Managing and scheduling social media content, including posts, assets, and captions, to enhance brand visibility and promote services.
• Performing daily administrative tasks to assist the marketing department.
• Organising and executing email marketing campaigns, handling content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and analysing performance.
• Helping track and analyse marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media interactions, and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing projects.

About you:

• You will be able to start ASAP - i.e., within the next week.
• You will have 4+ years of experience, preferably in steady positions throughout this time.
• Design will play a vital part in this role – so recent experience using Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Dynamics and SEO – will be a benefit.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to utilise CRM platforms for email and SMS marketing.
