Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, increase footfall, drive sales, and strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail or jewellery marketing, both offline and digital.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan seasonal and festive campaigns (wedding season, festivals, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

2. Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance brand positioning across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent communication and visual identity.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for branding activities.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Monitor online reputation and customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.

4. Retail Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage events, exhibitions, and local marketing activations.
  • Drive footfall through targeted campaigns.

5. Budget & Performance Management

  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
  • Track ROI of campaigns and optimize spending.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to management.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing (preferably jewellery, luxury retail, or FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking with analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
