Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Manager at Honeybee Wax in Gurugram. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, analysing consumer behaviours, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking marketing performance and ROI.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour
• Experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in marketing a D2C brand via online / offline model would be preferred.
