Job Description
The role involves leading brand growth, pricing strategy, lead generation, and high-impact marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with Business Heads to accelerate revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to B2B/B2C marketing, strategic planning, global brand positioning, and ROI-driven campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and optimize marketing and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, and prepare actionable forecasts.
- Generate and convert high-quality business leads across domestic and international markets.
- Drive brand awareness, positioning, and market share growth.
- Collaborate closely with Business Heads and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and growth plans.
- Plan, develop, and manage the marketing department budget efficiently.
- Lead and oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Represent and promote the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and major industry events globally.
- Monitor emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously improve ROI.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Must)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with proven exposure to both Indian and international markets. (Candidates with lesser experience than required will not be considered )
- Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, depending on industry context.
- Demonstrated success in strategic marketing planning, brand building, and lead generation.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Pay range and compensation package
Maximum ₹17 Lakhs per annum. (Please apply only if your salary expectations fall within this range)
