Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager from the construction industry who has directly contributed to project wins, qualified lead generation, and measurable revenue growth.

This is not a general marketing role.

You must have marketed construction / contracting / infrastructure / real estate development companies.

What You’ll Own

• Generating qualified B2B and B2C project leads
• Supporting tender wins with strong marketing collateral
• Positioning the company against established competitors
• Running targeted LinkedIn & digital campaigns for construction clients
• Delivering measurable ROI from marketing spend

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Minimum 5 years marketing within construction or contracting companies
• Clear proof of revenue contribution or project pipeline growth
• Experience supporting tenders and long B2B sales cycles
• Strong grasp of construction buyer personas (developers, consultants, government bodies)
