Role Type: Full-time / Contract-to-Hire
Location: Remote with US EST time zone (06pm to 03am IST)
Experience: 4–7 years
Reporting To: Atidiv Senior IT / Delivery Leadership
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to take ownership of NetSuite operations while also driving system improvements, integrations, and long-term scalability. This role supports both day-to-day NetSuite operations and future-state design across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day NetSuite Support (BAU Ownership)
● Own NetSuite system support across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
● Troubleshoot transaction issues, data inconsistencies, and system errors
● Support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Refund workflows
● Act as the primary escalation point for NetSuite-related issues
Integrations & Connectors
● Support and enhance NetSuite integrations, especially Shopify → NetSuite
● Troubleshoot issues related to orders, customers, payments, payouts, and refunds
● Maintain and improve payment method mappings and reconciliation logic
● Work with middleware providers and third-party vendors as needed
Finance & Inventory Accounting
● Support and design accounting workflows including budget vs actual reporting,
contra-revenue and refund GL mappings, inventory valuation, and location handling
● Own advanced accounting scenarios such as capitalizing refurbishment costs into
refurbished inventory, aligning vendor bills from after-sales providers with inventory
value, and using Manufacturing / Work Orders where applicable
Inventory, Fulfillment & Operations
● Support inventory management and fulfillment workflows
● Design and implement same-SKU fulfillment from multiple warehouse locations and
multi-location inventory strategies
● Partner with Operations to ensure scalable and cost-effective fulfillment
Configuration, Reporting & Governance
● Configure and customize NetSuite transaction forms and layouts
● Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
● Manage roles, permissions, and access governance
● Ensure data consistency, audit readiness, and system hygiene
System Improvement & Future-State Design
● Identify underutilized NetSuite features and modules
● Recommend automation and scalability improvements
● Document current-state and future-state processes
● Help future-proof NetSuite as business complexity grows
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of hands-on NetSuite experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Order Management, Inventory Management, and Accounting & Finance
- Proven experience supporting NetSuite integrations (Shopify preferred)
- Experience with refunds, payments, GL mappings, and reconciliation
- Strong experience with saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite Certification (Administrator / ERP Consultant)
- Experience with Manufacturing module and Work Orders
- Experience with multi-location or multi-warehouse setups
- Exposure to logistics or third-party integrations
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
