Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders Perform surgical procedures such as sinus surgeries, tonsillectomies, and ear surgeries Conduct patient examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations Stay current with advancements in ENT practices and participate in ongoing professional development Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT) Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology Valid medical license to practice in the respective state or country Proven experience in diagnosing and managing ENT conditions Strong surgical skills and proficiency with relevant medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Compassionate approach to patient care and attention to detail We foster a supportive and innovative work environment that values professional growth and continuous learning.
