🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager – Digital
📍 Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore, India

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our paid acquisition engine across app and web. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scaling performance channels, working deeply with data, and leading high-impact teams.
🔍 About the Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing large-scale paid campaigns while managing ₹2 Cr+ monthly digital marketing budgets with strong unit economics discipline. You’ll also lead and mentor a team of junior performance marketers, ensuring high execution quality and continuous learning.
🛠 What You’ll Own
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and other paid channels
• Drive core performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback
• Build and scale full-funnel strategies for app (install → activation → transaction) and web (click → signup → transaction)
• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages
• Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 junior marketers/analysts
• Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with user journeys and feature launches
• Build dashboards, cohort analyses, and deep-dive reports to guide budget allocation
• Maintain tracking, attribution, and channel hygiene across tools like GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
• Stay updated with platform changes, betas, and new ad formats
✅ Must-Have Experience
• 5–8 years in performance/growth marketing for US-focused digital products
• Experience at a product-led company or digital marketing agency handling product clients
• Proven ownership of ₹2 Cr+ monthly ad spend across multiple paid channels
• Strong hands-on experience targeting US customers
• Direct experience with Google & Meta (scaling and optimization)
• Experience managing and developing large junior teams
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, cohorts, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and collaborating with data/BI teams (basic SQL is a plus)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Fintech experience is a strong plus
