Role Description

STIGA builds growth systems for modern brands - where data, distribution and design move together.

We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just make things look good, but makes people stop, click and buy.


This role sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, buying behaviour, visual triggers, and eccentric visualisation. You will design conversion-first ad creatives across formats and funnels for performance marketing.


What You’ll Do


Performance Creatives:

  • Create high-converting Meta ad creatives
  • Statics
  • Carousels
  • Reels / short-form videos
  • Translate hooks, offers and insights into scroll-stopping visuals
  • Design for TOF / MOF / BOF intent, not just for aesthetics
  • Rapidly produce and iterate creatives based on performance data


Visual Communication:

  • Turn raw ideas, scripts and copy into clear, striking visual narratives
  • Build thumb-stopping first frames & bold layouts
  • Use typography, hierarchy, motion and pacing to drive action

Creative Testing & Scale:

  • Generate multiple visual angles for the same brief
  • Adapt winning creatives into:
  • New formats
  • New audiences
  • New hooks
  • Maintain a high creative output cadence


What We’re Looking For:

  • You think in: Hooks. Attention, Clicks, Conversions. Not just colours and grids.
  • Strong sense of: Layout, Typography, Visual hierarchy, Contrast, Motion pacing, Ability to design for mobile-first consumption


You understand:

  • What makes someone stop scrolling
  • Why some ads convert, and others don’t
  • How to design for speed, clarity and action


You’re comfortable with most of these:

  • Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / Premiere Pro or equivalents
  • Figma / Canva (for fast production)
  • AI tools for image & video generation


Bonus if You:

  • Have worked on D2C, lead gen or info-product ads
  • Can design from a copy hook
  • Understand UGC visual language
  • Follow ad libraries for inspiration and pattern recognition
  • Can edit short-form videos


Renumeration: upto 40,000/ month
