Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can drive growth through paid digital campaigns and optimize conversions across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in scaling Kingvedaa online presence, improving ROI, and building strong visibility for our Ayurvedic Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other data platforms.
- Strategize and grow e-commerce sales (Shopify, Website & Marketplaces) through conversion-driven
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize CTR and ROI.
- Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies efficiently to achieve performance goals.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, and present reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging digital trends for campaign innovation.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and performance alignment with overall marketing goals.
Campaigns.
• Track performance metrics CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, CPA and share actionable insights weekly.
- Create and manage retargeting, lookalike, and seasonal campaigns for new collection launches.
- Work on SEO, influencer collaborations, and PR campaigns to increase organic reach.
- Coordinate with content & design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and festive promotions.
- Analyze data and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to align marketing efforts with Label Apurva’s brand vision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or Pharamcy, FMCG.
- Strong understanding of social media ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving ability.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing performance tracking.
- Familiarity with pixel tracking and conversion API setup.
- Strong eye for e-commerce FMCG, and brand storytelling.
