We are hiring a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager from the D2C industry, preferably beauty & personal care. Candidates from advertising agencies managing D2C beauty/personal care brands will be preferred. You will lead end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads, driving growth across CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Responsibilities include managing large budgets, full-funnel campaign execution, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance reporting. Hands-on experience with GA4, Conversion API, and Smart Bidding is essential. Strong analytical skills and collaboration with product, creative, and analytics teams are key to scaling performance in a fast-paced environment.
