Job Description

Company Description

Quralyst is redefining how M&A sourcing gets done. Powered by AI, our platform equips investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate development teams with faster, smarter ways to identify and prioritise the right targets and buyers.

By transforming fragmented research into clear, actionable intelligence, Quralyst accelerates decision-making and unlocks new opportunities. We replace manual effort with intelligent automation—so dealmakers can focus on strategy, relationships, and closing transformative transactions.

We build practical AI systems that solve real problems. Small team, real ownership, fast growth.

Product Designer — UI/UX | Remote | Early Career (0–1 Year)

We’re building Quralyst an ai platform for finance professionals focused on intelligent research, data workflows, and high-context decision tools.

Small team. Real ownership. Fast learning curve.

We’re not hiring for a polished resume. We’re hiring for how you think about products.

If you’ve redesigned apps for fun, broken down SaaS onboarding flows just to understand them better, or built a side project because a UX bothered you — read on.

What you’ll actually do

Design real product experiences — wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and mid-fidelity UI in Figma

Support ongoing UX improvements across dashboards, filters, list-building flows, and onboarding

Research competing SaaS platforms — break down patterns, interaction models, and IA structures

Assist in user research synthesis — identify friction, suggest improvements, iterate

Collaborate directly with product and engineering — understand constraints, think in systems

Help refine empty states, in-app guidance, and product clarity

Contribute to maintaining visual consistency and evolving our design foundation

You’re a strong fit if you have

A visible history of curiosity — side projects, redesign exercises, case studies, experiments

Genuine interest in product design — you care about why flows work, not just how they look

Working knowledge of Figma (required) and familiarity with Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS

Understanding of site mapping, information architecture, and user flows

Basic awareness of how software products are built — handoff, constraints, iteration cycles

Comfort collaborating, asking questions, and taking feedback

We don’t care about

College brand · GPA · Fancy job titles · Buzzwords

We do care about

Curiosity · Learning speed · Product thinking · Attention to detail · Initiative
