Job Description
The Senior Product Manager, International Restaurant Operations Excellence leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology solutions that support how restaurants operate day‑to‑day across international markets. This role focuses on improving operational consistency, efficiency, and performance through technology that supports restaurant teams, field leadership, and corporate operations. The position serves as the primary product and technology partner for Central and South America , ensuring solutions are scalable, locally relevant, and aligned with regional operational needs and regulatory requirements.
This role works closely with restaurant operations, supply chain, IT, and regional leadership to enable best‑in‑class restaurant execution through technology. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for restaurant operations technology across international markets Partner with Operations and regional leadership to identify opportunities to improve restaurant execution, efficiency, and consistency through technology Support rollout, optimization, and continuous improvement of operational systems used by restaurants and field teams (e.g., store systems, operational tools, performance monitoring) Act as the primary product and technology point of contact for Central and South America, providing regional guidance, prioritization, and alignment Ensure solutions support local operational needs, language requirements, and regional compliance standards Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process and technology improvements Align cross‑functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Training, Finance) and manage external vendors as needed Support new restaurant openings and market expansions by ensuring operational technology readiness Required Skills and Experience 6+ years of product management experience , with a strong focus on operations, enterprise systems, or business‑critical platforms Experience supporting restaurant, retail, or multi‑unit operations through technology solutions Strong ability to translate operational challenges into scalable product and technology solutions Experience leading multi‑market or international initiatives with regional stakeholders Proven stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and regional teams Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and measuring operational impact Fluent in Spanish (required) Nice to Have Skills and Experience Experience supporting Latin America or Central/South America markets Background in QSR, franchise, or multi‑unit restaurant environments Familiarity with restaurant systems such as POS, back‑of‑house tools, or operational reporting platforms Experience working with compliance, localization, and regional governance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
