Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.

Working with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. Leading product managers and coordinating cross‑functional teams. Producing and reviewing product requirements documents (PRD).

Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule. Making creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Suggesting sales process improvements.

Understanding and implementing checkout, payment, and retail processes. Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and market conditions. Coordinating with marketing to ensure proper positioning and promotion of the product in the market.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management. Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques. Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello.

Experience in payment, retail, and checkout processes. Proven experience in setting strategic product direction and creating product roadmaps. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and time‑management skills.
