About The Role This Product Manager role is focused on the development, enablement, and go‑to‑market support of Norstella’s LinQ Real‑World Data (RWD) offerings. RWD has been a core part of Norstella’s growth and this role will be focused on not only revenue development, but also internal tool optimizations to improve workflows associated with patient identification and data delivery. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post‑launch evaluation.

User Experience: Define and optimize the user experience based on user feedback and real‑world data. Prioritization Skills: Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and resource availability to ensure alignment with overall strategy. Queue Management: Effectively manage a backlog of tasks and features, ensuring the team can identify and address the most impactful work.

Work Ticket Development: Create and manage work tickets within Agile frameworks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze real‑world data to extract actionable insights for product strategy and development. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams, data scientists, and IT departments to ensure that the product addresses real‑world needs.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand user needs and competitor offerings related to real‑world evidence. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that product offerings comply with regulatory standards and guidelines associated with health data. Communication: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and product strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications Real‑World Data Knowledge: Deep understanding of claims data, lab data, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) data, including their collection, usage, and its business uses. Education: A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, or data analytics; an advanced degree is often preferred. Experience: Several years of experience in product management, specifically in health tech or related fields involving real‑world data.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and experience with data visualization software. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations pertaining to health data usage and management. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $135,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.

Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Norstella is an equal opportunity employer.
