We are hiring for a growing organization in the pharmaceutical industry looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead product lifecycle management and drive market success.

Role Summary

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, positioning, and driving the growth of pharmaceutical products—from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage the complete product lifecycle (launch to post-marketing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, QA)
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and brand positioning initiatives
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and profitability
• Train and support sales teams with product knowledge and positioning
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in product launches and brand management
