Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager / Techno-Functional Lead who will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will own end-to-end communication with business users, lead customer application support, and drive successful implementations. 14+ years of overall experience, 5+ years of experience in Techno Functional roles such as Product Manager and managing technical products/projects; 4+ years of experience in AWS Cloud and Generative AI (GenAI) projects. Job / Role Description Act as the single point of contact for all business team communications Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Drive regular stakeholder updates, status reporting, and expectation management Own end-to-end support for customer-facing applications Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Ensure SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics are consistently met Lead application implementations, enhancements, and rollouts Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DEV, QA, DevOps); Oversee UAT, deployments, and post-release support Work with teams to design and support solutions on AWS, including: Amazon EC2, S3, Lambda, AWS Gen AI services Support use cases using tools such as: Amazon Bedrock; Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI-driven features Ensure best practices in scalability, reliability, and cost optimization Identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI in business processes and applications Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members Analytical mindset; Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving feedback Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
