Product Marketing Manager
Kovaion Consulting
Job Description
Your Mission
Are you the kind of marketer who sees beyond the launch? We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own the go-to-market strategy, drive product messaging, and turn product insights into growth levers. In this role, you'll be the vital connector between Product, Sales, and Marketing — ensuring that the product story lands where it matters most.
You’ll power self-serve growth, run lifecycle campaigns, support PLG motions, and fuel both demand gen and retention with laser-focused messaging. From product onboarding to ABM campaigns to review platform domination — you’re the storyteller, strategist, and driver of impact.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and execute GTM strategies for product launches and updates
- Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning frameworks
- Develop enablement assets like pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and comparison guides
- Support Product-Led Growth (PLG) by enhancing onboarding flows and mapping lifecycle messaging to user behavior
- Plan and run drip campaigns to drive feature adoption, reactivation, and retention
- Partner with PMs to surface and act on product usage insights
- Run competitor and market research to refine value propositions
- Manage presence and boost ratings on G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, etc.
- Own and evolve the newsletter program to drive engagement and reinforce product value
- Support ABM campaigns and persona-based outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, 6sense, Apollo, etc.
- Collaborate on community-building initiatives like forums, events, ambassador programs, and feedback loops
- Host webinars and virtual events that blend product education with thought leadership
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong storytelling and communication skills — can turn features into clear benefits
- Experience with GTM planning, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Familiarity with PLG strategies, onboarding optimization, and lifecycle campaigns
- Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Customer.io, ConvertKit for email marketing
- Proficiency in CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
- Exposure to ABM and intent-based platforms like Clearbit, Slintel, ZoomInfo, or 6sense
- Understanding of ASO best practices and coordinating app visibility efforts
- Comfort engaging users across online communities, events, or feedback groups
Why You’ll Love This Role
- You’ll work on high-impact launches and user engagement strategies
- Be part of a collaborative environment where marketing meets product innovation
- Own both the strategy and the execution — from ideation to measurement
- Influence how customers experience and love the product
- Get visibility and leadership opportunities in a fast-scaling team
