Job Description
Job Functions , Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, schedules, and meeting notes. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage project-related administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource tracking, and file organization. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes. Support communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to the project manager as necessary. Help ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Use project management software/tools to track progress and manage tasks.

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements Required Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification is a plus. Experience in (industry, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare) is preferred. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
