We are looking for a Project Manager to join our APAC Implementation Team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on implementation of public and academic library software including the Polaris and Alma product suites. The team consists of 7 people and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Implementation Services.
We have a great skill set in SAAS implementation and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in library implementation projects. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5 years of experience in project management (preferably software implementation) or library systems It would be great if you also had . . . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Library Science, or a related field Experience with project management tools and methodologies; project management certification is a plus Experience with library systems (including Polaris and Alma) and understanding of library processes What will you be doing in this role?
This is a Technical Project Manager role – you will be leading library software implementation projects from Kickoff to Go Live including project- and product-focused tasks. Managing timeline and deliverables Planning and delivering training remotely and onsite Assisting to prepare data for migration Providing guidance on and responding to workflow and system requirements Product you will be developing About the Team Global Professional Services teams are experts in product and project implementations. The APAC teams include colleagues based in Australia, China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Hours of Work This is a permanent full-time position. Colleagues are expected to work core hours in their own time zone.
