Project Manager

Experience: 2 Years Industry: SaaS Must-Have Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS project management Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills Role Overview As a Project Manager , you will play a key role in supporting Expansion-related projects and leading cross-functional initiatives across Regulatory, Risk, and Efficiency domains. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage all administrative functions related to assigned projects Maintain up-to-date project schedules , timelines, and trackers Sprint Management - Plan, track, and manage sprint cycle Collate and prepare project documentation and reports , including compliance and security certifications Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and management Assist in monitoring project costs , budgets, and financial tracking Support allocation and utilization of project resources Coordinate with third-party vendors for timely delivery of required resources and services Additional Responsibilities Risk Management Identify potential project risks and dependencies Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery Continuous Improvement Review existing project processes and workflows Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Client Satisfaction Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to meet and exceed client expectations Preferred Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
